Shipping Policy

How long will my order take to arrive?

On average, orders will arrive to the destination address within 7 working days. For customised orders, we will require an additional 5 working days. We ship throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition in the least time possible, we ship exclusively through reputed courier partners. In the event that the courier partner is unable to deliver in your area, we will ship your items via India Post.

Do you ship to PO Box Addresses?

We regret that we are unable to ship to a PO Box address.

I shipped my order to the wrong address. Can you reship my order?

We can accommodate an address change request only in cases where we are informed of address change prior to dispatch of product(s) from our warehouse. Please make the request to us by:

  1. Call our toll free customer service helpline on 1800-210-0006, and request for your product(s) to be returned
  2. Email us on [email protected]
  3. Log in to your CuroCarte account, visit the “My Orders” section, select the relevant order(s) and update your shipping address.

In case an address change request is received after the dispatch of the product, we will process an order cancellation and refund for the same. You will have to create a new order with the correct address so that we can reship your product to you.

Will I have to pay shipping charges on my order?

We offer free shipping. We are not charging any shipping or handling expenses from the customer.

Where is my order?

Within your My CuroCarte account, you may visit the “track your order” tab and view the current status of your order upon entering your order number. Alternatively, you may call our Relationship Managers at 1800-210-0006, or email us at [email protected]

Cancellation Policy

We can accommodate an order cancellation request only in cases where the product(s) have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Please make the request to us by:

Return policy

No Hassles Returns Policy

At CUROCARTE, we want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase. We believe that the creation of a bridge between consumers and world artists depends on high quality products and extraordinary customer service. If you aren’t satisfied with our products for any reason, we offer a no questions asked return policy, subject to goods being received in good undamaged condition.

How do I return an item delivered?

We will accept returns up to 7 days from the day that you receive your product. You can request a product return via either mode listed below:

  1. Call our toll free customer service helpline on 1800-210-0006, and request for your product(s) to be returned
  2. Email us on [email protected]
  3. Log in to your CuroCarte account, visit the “My Orders” section, select the relevant order(s) and product(s) that you wish to return, and request for a return

You will receive a confirmation of your return request. Our logistics partners will get in touch with you within 3 working days to arrange a reverse pick-up. The product(s) you wish to be returned will be packed, and shipped back to us. Once we have received your returned item(s) in good condition at our warehouse, we will initiate a payment refund. We expect to complete the refund process within 15 days from confirmation of return request.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  1. Please return your product(s) within the original packaging. If the original packaging is lost or unavailable, please allow us 3 additional days to organise the reverse pickup.
  2. Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been altered in any way before being returned to our logistics partners.
  3. We will not be able to accept returns of customised products or framed paintings
  4. No returns will be accepted after the 7-day returns period has expired.

Can I return a gift?

We regret that we are unable to accept returns of any gift products.

Important Notes and Restrictions:

  1. CUROCARTE is not responsible for loss or any costs incurred (including freight, duties and taxes, or import fees) for items returned without an RMA number or to any address other than a CUROCARTE Returns Centre.
  2. As a safeguard against potential abuse, CUROCARTE reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or incomplete?

At CUROCARTE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if part of your order is missing; please notify us immediately. You may do so by:

  1. Call our toll free customer service helpline on 1800-210-0006, and request for your product(s) to be returned
  2. Email us on [email protected]
  3. Log in to your CuroCarte account, visit the “My Orders” section, select the relevant order(s) and product(s) that you wish to return, and request for a return

We will be happy to replace any damaged product(s) depending on availability of the ordered item(s). In case we are unable to replace your damaged product(s), we will arrange for a reverse pickup of your damaged product(s), verify the damage on receipt at our warehouse, and provide you with a full refund within 15 working days.

Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Do keep in mind that we might be shipping your order via multiple packages. Please do check with our customer service team to ensure that the product(s) you believe to be missing from your order are not being shipped to you via another package.
